- Sliders in the appraisal templateYou can decide to use sliders as display elements in the template, which means that selectable values in the appraisal document (for example, an overall appraisal on a scale of 1 to 6) are shown as a sliding bar graphic. - Row layoutThe columns of the appraisal element are listed in the appraisal document vertically.Advantages:
- You can display the template structure clearly from top to bottom.
- You can hide the components (for example, description, content, or columns) of a criterion (for example, goal or qualification) and make the document look more compact.
- You can permanently display note fields in their expanded for (useful for larger amounts of text).
You can use the following functions:- Collapsible Appraisal ElementsYou can display collapsible appraisal elements in the document and determine whether these appraisal elements are displayed in their expanded form.
- Always Show Final AppraisalIf you use collapsible appraisal elements as well as the Final Appraisal and Weightingcolumns in the document, you can determine that the final appraisal and weighting are always visible in the document.
- New BlockIn the document, <ou can display appraisal elements in blocks and group criteria in these blocks. This simplifies the document structure.
- ExpandedYou can determine whether the collapsible appraisal elements in the document are displayed in their expanded form by default.
- Column layoutThe columns of the appraisal element are listed in the appraisal document horizontally.Advantages:
- You can compare values for a criterion more easily since the values are shown vertically in a column or horizontally in a row.ExampleYou can see the evaluations for a criterion (such as employee performance) from each part appraiser at a glance
- You have less vertical scrolling compared to row layout.
- You can make the document look more compact by hiding notes and descriptions.
You can use the following function:- New BlockIn the document, <ou can display appraisal elements in blocks and group criteria in these blocks. This way, you avoid unnecessary empty spaces in the document.
